Payment Methods

At Kalos The Project, we aim to make your payment process simple and secure. To confirm your booking, a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total cost is required. Alternatively, you may choose to pay the full amount of your reservation directly at the time of booking. The payment can be made using one of the following methods:

Card Payments

We accept debit, credit, and prepaid cards for the booking deposit. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe, ensuring safe and encrypted payments.

Bank Transfer

You may also complete your deposit via bank transfer. After your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with our bank account details. To secure your reservation, you must complete the transfer and email us the payment receipt within two 24 hours. If we do not receive the receipt within this period, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

Remaining Balance on Arrival

The remaining fifty percent (50%) of your booking total must be settled upon arrival at the property, prior to check-in, unless you have already chosen to pay the full amount at the time of booking. Guests can pay the balance either via POS (card payment) or in cash. Please note that our POS terminals do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards. All other major debit and credit cards are accepted.
